What is DiverseKit?
DiverseKit offers premium Framer & Figma templates designed to help you build websites faster with professional design quality.
Who can use DiverseKit templates?
Anyone: freelancers, agencies, startups, or creators who want to launch websites quickly without starting from scratch.
Do I need design or coding experience?
Not at all. Our templates are beginner-friendly and fully customizable. You can edit them easily in Framer or Figma.
Purchases & Access
How do I purchase a template or bundle?
Select the template or bundle you want and proceed to checkout. Our products are digital and nothing is shipped. Immediately after payment, your access link or files are delivered by email from Lemon Squeezy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards or PayPal, securely processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Will I get future updates?
Individual templates and the Lifetime Bundle include lifetime free updates. The Annual Bundle includes updates and new releases for as long as your subscription is active.
Licensing & Usage
Can I use templates for client projects?
Yes, all purchases come with a commercial use license, so you can use them on unlimited personal and client projects.
Can I share my purchase with others?
No, sharing or reselling templates is not allowed. Each license is for one individual.
Do I need to credit DiverseKit when I use a template?
No credit is required, but we always appreciate it if you mention us.
Support & Customization
Do you offer customer support?
Yes, we provide support for all customers, and priority support for Lifetime Bundle owners. Just reach out through our support page or email.
Will you customize a template for me?
Our templates are easy to customize yourself, but if you need help, you can also hire us directly for custom design services.
How quickly do you reply to support requests?
We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds & Policies
Do you offer refunds?
Every purchase is covered by our 14-day refund policy. If a product is non-functional or significantly different from its description, we’ll refund you. Full conditions are on our Refund Policy page.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes. Enter your email in the offer box on our site and we’ll send you a 30% discount code. Purchases made with the code are covered by the same 14-day refund policy as any other purchase.
Can I cancel the Annual Bundle?
The Annual Bundle renews automatically every 12 months at $99 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund payments already made. The first Annual Bundle payment is covered by the refund policy. Later renewal payments are not refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue. Individual templates and the Lifetime Bundle are one-time payments and never renew.
