We run discovery and a UX audit as standard. Formal user testing with recruited participants is scoped separately — we will say when a project genuinely needs it rather than adding it by default.
Yes. Extending an existing system is usually cheaper than replacing it, and we will tell you honestly which one your case calls for.
Usually four to eight weeks depending on screen count. An audit-and-rework of an existing product is often faster than designing new.
Two at wireframe stage and two at UI stage. Wireframe revisions are where the cheap changes happen, so we push hard to resolve structure there.
That is the test we design against. Every state is specified and the component library is documented, so the build does not stall on undefined behaviour.
