By using or purchasing from DiverseKit LLC (“DiverseKit”), you agree to the Terms & Conditions described here. These terms apply to the entire website, as well as any communication (email or otherwise) between you and DiverseKit.

DiverseKit is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or loss of profit) that may arise from using our products or resources. If using our items causes the need for service, repair, or correction of your systems, you take full responsibility for any associated costs.

We may update product prices and revise our usage policies at any time without prior notice.

Products

All DiverseKit products are 100% digital. Our products are digital and nothing is shipped. Immediately after payment, your access link or files are delivered by email from Lemon Squeezy. Please use an email address you can access at checkout.

License: What You Cannot Do

To protect our work and the value of our products, you may not:

  • Re-distribute or share our products (free or paid), whether modified or not.
  • Claim our products as your own or sell them as standalone items.
  • Create templates, themes, or derivative works for resale on any marketplace.
  • Copy or duplicate templates/components into your account with the intent of future resale or unauthorized use.
  • Resell or distribute downloaded assets through private channels, file-sharing sites, or bots.

Payments & Security

  • All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy.com.
  • DiverseKit does not process or store payment information directly.

Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Individual templates and the Lifetime Bundle are one-time payments and never renew.
  • The Annual Bundle renews automatically every 12 months at $99 until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund payments already made.
  • The first Annual Bundle payment is covered by the refund policy. Later renewal payments are not refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue.

Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to deliver your products and provide support (such as your email address).

  • When you make a purchase, your email is automatically added to our mailing list to receive product updates, resources, and promotions.
  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

Refund Policy

Every purchase is covered by our 14-day refund policy. If a product is non-functional or significantly different from its description, we’ll refund you. If you’d like a refund, please review our full Refund Policy.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DiverseKit is not responsible for defects, errors, or issues in the products. Nothing in this section limits the refunds described in our Refund Policy.

Support

We stand by our products and offer dedicated support for active license holders.

  • If you encounter issues, you can contact us through our support system. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
  • Support for free items is not guaranteed or immediate.

Some articles or resources on our site may contain embedded content (e.g., videos, images, or links). Embedded content behaves the same as if you visited the original website directly.

Ownership & Rights
