Refund Terms

At DiverseKit, we want you to feel confident about every purchase you make. Our templates are crafted with care, but if something isn’t working as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.

If you run into issues, please reach out through our Support Page. To help us assist you quickly, we may ask for supporting details such as screenshots, links, or error descriptions.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer full or partial refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The template is completely non-functional.
  • You contacted our support team and didn’t receive a response within 72 hours (business days).
  • The product description was significantly misleading compared to what you received.

If your situation matches the above, you are eligible to request a refund.

Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately after payment, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind or purchases made by mistake.

When Refunds May Be Refused

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product was purchased by mistake, and access has already been provided.
  • The purchase was made by someone else using your payment method with authorized access.
  • You refused to provide our support team reasonable access to investigate the issue.
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase without any valid support request.
  • It is a renewal payment for the Annual Bundle. The first Annual Bundle payment is covered by this policy.

Important Notes

  • The Annual Bundle renews automatically every 12 months at $99 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund payments already made.
  • The first Annual Bundle payment is covered by the refund policy. Later renewal payments are not refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue.
  • If a refund is approved, you must stop using all refunded templates and remove them from any projects or digital resources.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
