Real estate websites built around listings, not brochures
Property portfolios, unit availability, and an enquiry route that reaches the right person. Built in Framer for firms that sell on presentation and relationships — not for agents who need live consumer MLS search.

Quick answers
Real Estate Websites, in short
The questions people ask before anything else.
- Can you build MLS or IDX property search?
- No — and that is the first thing to settle. Live MLS/IDX reciprocity needs a platform with a certified IDX integration, which typically means WordPress with a provider like IDX Broker. If a consumer-facing MLS search is the core of your site, we are the wrong fit and will tell you so on the first call.
- Then who is this for?
- Firms whose listings are their own: property management companies showing their portfolio and unit availability, commercial and investment firms presenting assets, luxury agents and boutique brokerages selling on presentation, and developers marketing a specific scheme. In all four cases the listings are yours to publish, so a CMS handles them well.
- How do listings get onto the site?
- Through the Framer CMS. Each property is a CMS entry with its own gallery, specification and enquiry form, so your team adds and updates listings without a developer. For larger portfolios we can seed the collection from a spreadsheet export.
- How much does it cost and how long does it take?
- From $1,499 one-time, typically three to five weeks. Property photography and copy are the usual bottleneck — a firm with its listings and imagery ready lands at the shorter end.
The starting point
What usually brings people here
If several of these sound familiar, this is the right service.
What is happening now
- Listings live on a portal, so every enquiry arrives as someone else’s lead.
- The site was built once, and updating a property means emailing whoever built it.
- Property galleries are heavy enough that the page stalls on a phone, which is where buyers open them.
- Enquiries land in one inbox with no indication of which property or which team member they concern.
What should happen instead
- Your listings on your own domain, where the enquiry comes to you.
- Properties managed as CMS entries your team edits directly.
- Galleries compressed and lazy-loaded so a listing opens quickly on mobile data.
- Enquiry forms that carry the property reference and route to the right person.
Qualification
Who this is for
We would rather you self-select out now than three weeks into the wrong project.
A good fit if
- You are a property management company, commercial/investment firm, luxury agency or developer.
- The listings you publish are your own, not a syndicated MLS feed.
- You want your team to update properties without a developer.
Probably not the right fit if
- You need live MLS/IDX consumer search — that needs a certified IDX platform, not Framer.
- You need a tenant payment or maintenance-ticket portal — we link to your existing system, we do not rebuild it.
- You want a single landing page for one campaign — that is Landing Page Design & Development, and it costs less.

Real Estate Websites questions
The things people ask before committing.
Yes — it is the largest group that reaches us. The build differs from an agency site: the emphasis is on current availability, unit detail and a tenant enquiry route, plus a prominent link to whatever portal you already run for payments and maintenance. We link to that portal rather than rebuilding it.
Commercial sites are closer to a portfolio than a shop. The listing template carries floor area, use class, tenure and availability rather than bedrooms, and the enquiry route usually goes to a named agent per asset. We build both.
Yes, and it is the point. Each property is a CMS entry with its own gallery and fields, edited in Framer’s native editor. Adding a listing is filling in a form, not a development task.
They can, and on this kind of site it matters more than most — buyers open listings on mobile data. Images are compressed and lazy-loaded, and galleries load progressively rather than all at once. We publish our own measured page-speed research and hold our builds to it.
Where you genuinely operate in those areas, yes — they are useful to buyers and they rank. We will not generate a page for every postcode in the county; thin location pages built purely for search are a well-documented way to damage a site.
Enquiry forms can post to most CRMs that accept a webhook or an email parser, and we will wire that up. Deeper two-way syncing with a proprietary agency CRM is a development project — scope it at brief stage rather than assuming it.
For a single agent or a small portfolio, often yes — our real estate templates start well below this service and you can add listings yourself. This page is for firms that want the listing structure decided and the portfolio migrated for them.
